From I-95 heading north towards downtown Jacksonville

Exit #350A. Prudential Drive or the main street (located several miles from the Emerson Street exit and before the Fuller Warren Bridge). Go to the Main Street Bridge and take the Ocean Street exit when you leave the bridge(a one-way street headed to the North).

The street light below the exit is for Bay Street. Turn right at the second light to Forsyth Street. This is a one-way street headed to the east. And a paid parking in the garage under the building. The entrance of the garage is on Adams Street. Enter the building on Forsyth and take note that identification is required. 

From I-10 heading the east towards to the downtown of Jacksonville

Take the I-95 North exit in the direction of Riverfront/Int’l Airport or Sports Complex, drive for about 0.5 miles. Take exit #352B/Forsyth Street to Forsyth Street, headed east, and drive for 1.5 miles. Yates Building, 231 E Forsyth St., will be on the left. It will occupy the entire block — a metered parking on the street and paid to park in the garage below the building. The entrance of the garage is on Adams Street. Please enter the building on the Forsyth, and again, it requires identification.

From I-95 building south to the direction of downtown Jacksonville

  • Take exit #353B/Union St.to the West Union St. towards US-90-Alt/Riverfront/Sports Complex. Travel for 1 mile. Turn to the right onto the North Main Street, a one-way street headed to the south, US-1. Turn left to East Forsyth Street one-way street leading to the east, and continue for three blocks. The Yates Building, 231 E Forsyth St., will be on the left. On the road, there’s a metered and paid parking in the garage under the building. The entrance of the garage is on Adams Street. Enter the building on Forsyth. Bring identification as is required. 
  • From the Hart bridge expressway heading North over the Hart Bridge to downtown Jacksonville be on the leftmost lane crossing the bridge. Continue bearing to the left towards Adams Street exit. There is a streetlight at the base of the Hart Expressway for Liberty Street. Continue in the same direction. The next street to cross is Market Street. The Yates Building’s back will be on your left and in between Market Street and Newnan Street. Turn to the left onto North Newnan Street to go to the front of the building. Then, left to the East Forsyth Street. You will encounter the metered and paid parking in the garage under the structure. The garage entrance is on Adams Street. Enter the Yates building on Forsyth and make sure you have identification.

From Arlington Expressway over the Matthews bridge headed to the West

Towards the Jacksonville downtown, keep at the leftmost lane after you cross over to the bridge. At the base of Matthews, Bridges Expressway is the same streetlight for Liberty Street. Continue driving in the same direction. The expressway is on the East State Stree. You are headed to the West. Drive for 0.2 miles.

Turn to the left of North Newnan Street and go for 0.4 miles. On East Forsyth Street, turn left headed to the east. The Yates Building, 231 E Forsyth St., will be at the left corner. Occupy the entire block. There‘s metered and paid parking in the garage under the building. The garage entrance is on Adams Street. Bring an identification card as you enter the building on Forsyth.
